At Sri Temasek: At 9am, the state flag is draped over Mr Lee's coffin. Eight coffin bearers then carry the coffin onto the gun carriage.
Foot procession: The foot procession is led by Mr Lee's elder son, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, and his wife Ho Ching. Mr Lee's daughter, Dr Lee Wei Ling, younger son, Mr Lee Hsien Yang, and wife Lee Suet Fern, and his grandchildren Xiuqi, Yipeng, Hongyi, Haoyi, Shengwu, Huanwu and Shaowu follow behind.
Istana Plaza: A bag piper plays Auld Lang Syne as the carriage stops here. President Tony Tan, Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and other Istana staff say their goodbyes.
Orchard Road: The convoy passes through the section of Orchard Road between Buyong Road and Selegie Road at at about 25km per hour.
Istana Gate: People clap and cheer "Lee Kuan Yew" and "MM Lee, we love you" as the carriage passes through the Istana main gate.
Bras Basah Road: Crowds line the streets as the carriage passes through the section of Bras Basah Road between Selegie Road and North Bridge Road.
Junction of Bras Basah Road and North Bridge Rd: Many in the crowd are in dark colours, and they crane their necks for a better look. Some weep as the procession moves past.
North Bridge Road: The carriage continues along the section of North Bridge Road between Bras Basah Road and North Boat Quay.
Entering Parliament House: The crowd here chant "Lee Kuan Yew" as the carriage turns into Parliament House.
Parliament House: The gun carriage arrives at about 9.50am. The body of Mr Lee lies in state at Parliament House until March 28 for the public to pay their respects.
